How to place a request for an HDIS Installation.

Helpful Documents:

Select “Request an HDIS Installation” prior to submitting order.Click Submit Order.

Check boxes that apply if additional installation surcharges will apply; provide information installer may need to know about the installation.

Select your “Ship to” option (defaults to HDIS Installer* but check “Other” if shipping elsewhere) then complete order process and submit order.

Once you click the Submit Order button, your Installation request is sent directly to our Installation Services Team.

What Happens Next?

  • An installation appointment will be set by HDIS Installer* once he/she is notified that the order is completed. Upon completion, the HDIS Installer will send a completed “Customer Approval Form” to close the order for payment. Hunter Douglas will invoice you for both the product and the installation services.

*If you have a required/regular Installer through HDIS, the system will only ship jobs to that required Installer. Please contact HDIS Customer Support if you want to set up that preference. They will also be able to help you with setting up an installation for an order that was not designated as an HDIS Install for an order that has already been placed.
